We offer advanced wound and ostomy care service to patients of all ages – as an in-patient or outpatient. Using current evidence-based practice for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds and ostomy related issue, we provide quality care with compassion.

Should you find yourself needing wound or ostomy care in or out of the hospital, come and see our Wound Care Team with your physician’s referral. Our nurses are certified in wound and ostomy care and we incorporate a multi- disciplinary approach to your healing needs. We work closely with your referring physician to keep them informed on your plan of care and of other referrals that may be needed for your care and healing progress.
