SHELTON, WA – With the hiring of three new providers this summer, Mason Health rounds out a year of expansion and enhancement of services offered to the community. This final slate of providers brings the total number of new providers that the District has recruited since last summer to 14. The following three providers will work at Mason Clinic this summer.

Dr. Trevor Kwan, DO, was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and is excited to be back. He completed his medical training at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich., and finished a family medicine residency in Olympia at Providence St. Peter Hospital. Dr. Kwan enjoys practicing multidisciplinary team medicine that is evidence-based and patient-centered. He also believes osteopathic manipulation is a valuable tool and adjunct to treatment plans. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Kwan enjoys many activities, such as travelling, the outdoors, but above all else getting on the ice to play hockey. Dr. Kwan will join the health care team at Mason Clinic on July 13, 2020.

Dr. Benjamin May, DO, grew up in Washington and completed medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima in 2017. He finished his residency through the Providence St. Peter Family Medicine Chehalis Rural Training Program. Dr. May trained specifically in a rural medicine residency because he wanted to be able to understand and best serve communities in rural areas. He strongly believes that with patient-centered and evidence-based care, people can achieve better health and happiness in the long term. Dr. May has special interest in treating the entire family and also can use osteopathic manipulation to treat musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Away from medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, cycling, soccer, anything outdoors, and listening to and making music with the guitar and piano. He joins Mason Clinic on July 20, 2020.

Dr. Henry In, DO, was born in Seoul, Korea, and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He obtained his medical degree at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City. He developed an interest in family medicine due to its holistic approach and continuity of care. He subsequently attended a family medicine residency program at Eastern Virginia Medicine School with a focus on the underserved population of Portsmouth, Va. Dr. In is interested in a broad spectrum of medicine with a focus on continuity of care, servicing both inpatient and outpatient settings. His emphasis is on prevention and education as a goal to reach a healthy state of mind, body, and spirit. His personal interests are just as broad as his medical interests, ranging from fine arts, hiking, technology and music, just to name a few. Dr. In joins the staff at Mason Clinic on July 27, 2020.
