ARDMS Registered General Sonographer
PRN (scheduled as needed) not benefit eligible, variable shifts, various days of the week, call required. Echocardiography experience preferred.
RN, .9 (approx. 36 hrs. per wk.) benefit eligible, Night shifts, various days of the week. Minimum Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Must have current WA State RN license in good standing. 1 year of acute care experience is required, charge nurse experience is preferred and ACLS at time of hire preferred.
RN, Temporary part time (.9), night shift, any day of the week. Must have current WA State RN license and BCLS. Minimum 1 year mother-baby experience required; labor and delivery experience preferred. Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing. Current NRP preferred.
PRN unscheduled, all days of the week, days and evenings, evenings end at 7:30pm. Must have current Washington State Pharmacy Technician license, one year certificate from college or technical school, or related experience and/or training that meets the Washington State Board of Pharmacy requirements for licensure.
RN, PRN, shift of greatest need. Minimum 1 year L&D experience; NRP current or required completing with months of hire.
Surgery Scrub Tech
PRN (.2) position, shift of greatest need, call required. Must be currently employed as a surgery tech in order to maintain skills and ability in this practice environment, Ortho, General GYN. Must be registered in WA & BLS required.
PRN – unscheduled, shift of greatest need, any day of the week. Minimum 1 year ICU experience required; ACLS preferred at time of hire or must take first available ACLS class at MGH. Must have current WA State RN license in good standing.
PRN, Clinical Pharmacist for variable days/evenings (evenings end at 7:30 pm) and weekends. You will be providing inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services in a rapidly progressing critical access hospital with excellent professional growth opportunities.
Job responsibilities Include: Interpret and evaluate physician’s medication orders; utilize medication protocols to ensure ideal pharmacotherapeutic options; ensure appropriate ordering, preparation, packaging, delivery, storage, and monitoring of medications; manage pharmacy support personnel and pharmacy work areas; ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and regulatory standards as well as the values of the department, institution, and profession; provide education and advice to clinical staff and patients.
Requirements: A PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, with a minimum of three to five years of hospital experience or residency, will also be considered. Current Washington State pharmacist license, or eligibility for licensure, by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy; knowledge of generally accepted pharmacy principles, practices, and all aspects of institutional pharmacy drug distribution; knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices (i.e. patient assessment, kinetic dosing, anticoagulation management, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with providers), are required.
Discharge Planner/Social Worker
PRN .4 (approx.16 hrs per wk) not benefit eligible, variable shifts, various days of the week, including Saturdays. Minimum of a BA in Social Sciences/Social Work or RN preferred. Hospital experience preferred, with ability to communicate well with patients, anticipates discharge needs and be a team player. Knowledge of local resources is a plus.
Revenue Cycle Coordinator
1.0 FTE, (40 hours/week) benefit eligible, days, Mon.-Fri. position develops and implements processes and workflows to improve and enhance revenue cycle management. Supports revenue capture and charge master compliance through analysis of departmental charge capture, coding, and billing processes. Employs advanced knowledge and skill in the areas charge capture, charge master maintenance, coding, and billing processes to develop and improve processes and tools; provides related training. Excellent verbal/written skills required. Must be able to work independently and have excellent attendance. 5 plus years in hospital billing and collections with in depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.
