MGH Family Health


Certified Medical Assistant

PRN

PRN, days, Monday – Friday. Must have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program and must be DOH Certification eligible. Two years exp. preferred, knowledge of medical terminology, computer experience, and excellent communication and phone skills are required. May float to other MGH clinics.

 

Emergency


RN

PT

RN, (.9) nights, any day of the week. Must have current WA State RN license, 1 year of current RN hospital experience required. Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing. Current ACLS, PALS, BLS must complete TNCC within one year of hire.

 

Birth Center


RN

TEMP PT

RN, Temporary part time (.9), night shift, any day of the week. Must have current WA State RN license and BCLS. Minimum 1 year mother-baby experience required; labor and delivery experience preferred. Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing. Current NRP preferred.

 

Pharmacy


Pharmacy Tech

PRN unscheduled, all days of the week, days and evenings, evenings end at 7:30pm. Must have current Washington State Pharmacy Technician license, one year certificate from college or technical school, or related experience and/or training that meets the Washington State Board of Pharmacy requirements for licensure.

PRN – unscheduled, shift of greatest need, any day of the week. Minimum 1 year ICU experience required; ACLS preferred at time of hire or must take first available ACLS class at MGH. Must have current WA State RN license in good standing.

 

Pharmacy


Clinical Pharmacist

PRN

PRN, Clinical Pharmacist for variable days/evenings (evenings end at 7:30 pm) and weekends. You will be providing inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services in a rapidly progressing critical access hospital with excellent professional growth opportunities.

Job responsibilities Include: Interpret and evaluate physician’s medication orders; utilize medication protocols to ensure ideal pharmacotherapeutic options; ensure appropriate ordering, preparation, packaging, delivery, storage, and monitoring of medications; manage pharmacy support personnel and pharmacy work areas; ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and regulatory standards as well as the values of the department, institution, and profession; provide education and advice to clinical staff and patients.

Requirements: A PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, with a minimum of three to five years of hospital experience or residency, will also be considered. Current Washington State pharmacist license, or eligibility for licensure, by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy; knowledge of generally accepted pharmacy principles, practices, and all aspects of institutional pharmacy drug distribution; knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices (i.e. patient assessment, kinetic dosing, anticoagulation management, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with providers), are required.

Business Office


Revenue Cycle Coordinator

FT

1.0 FTE, (40 hours/week) benefit eligible, days, Mon.-Fri. position develops and implements processes and workflows to improve and enhance revenue cycle management. Supports revenue capture and charge master compliance through analysis of departmental charge capture, coding, and billing processes. Employs advanced knowledge and skill in the areas charge capture, charge master maintenance, coding, and billing processes to develop and improve processes and tools; provides related training. Excellent verbal/written skills required. Must be able to work independently and have excellent attendance. 5 plus years in hospital billing and collections with in depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.

 

Health Information Management


Certified Coder

FT

Full Time (1.0), Shifts of greatest need, any day of the week. RHIT, CCS-H credentials preferred: other coding credentials may be accepted. ICD-0, ICD-10, CPT coding skills recommended. Must have good terminology skills and hospital experience. Applicant must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Should be self-motivated, dependable, cooperative and organized.
