PT Resources Department


Discharge Planner

PRN, not benefit eligible. Day shift, various days of the week., may include some Saturday's. Minimum of a BA in Social Sciences/Social Work or RN. Hospital experience preferred with the ability to communicate well with patients, perform discharge planning assessments, on-going assessments, crisis intervention, and information and referral. Needs to be a team player and have knowledge of medical terminology and local resources.

Pharmacy Tech

1.0 (approx. 40 hrs/wk) variable shifts, various days of the week providing inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services including sterile compounding, stocking automated drug dispensing devices, and processing retail prescriptions. This position will also provide ancillary support for the medication reconciliation process. Current Washington State pharmacy technician license required and 2 years' experience minimum. Pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is preferred and additional retail background is helpful.

Clinical Pharmacist

Per Diem (scheduled as needed) not benefit eligible, variable shifts, various days of the week. Pharmacist will be providing inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services. A PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy is preferred. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, with a minimum of three to five years of hospital experience or residency, will also be considered. Experience with monitoring anticoagulation therapy preferred. Current Washington State pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure, by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy.

Rehabilitation Services


Speech Pathologist

1.0 (40hrs/wk) day shift, various days of the week. Must have a master's degree from a recognized institution of higher learning. State credentialing/licensure as required.

Job Summary
Responsible for the evaluation of patients, determining plan-of-care and goals of treatment, participating in treatment of patients within the scope of Speech and Language Pathology. Works as part of a patient care team toward the best outcomes for the patient.

Physical Therapist

Job Summary
Responsible for the evaluation of patients to determine the plan-of-care and goals of treatment and treatment of patients within the scope of Physical Therapy. Provides oversight to therapy assistants and students in following the plan-of-care and treatment of patients and provides supervision to therapy aides and volunteers. Works as part of a patient care team toward the best outcomes for the patient. In this role, you’ll get to work on an out-patient caseload that includes a variety of diagnoses and ages to fit your skills and preferences, be part of a friendly, flexible and collaborative team of co-workers, have close working relationships with the local physicians, participate in teamwork with other hospital departments, have the ability to follow orthopedic patients from pre-op to post-op recovery, and enjoy the best hospital cafeteria in the state just down the hall! This position requires a Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education required. Current Physical Therapist license from the State Physical Therapy Licensing Board and current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Surgical Services


Surgical Technologist

1.0 (40 hours/week), benefit eligible, day shift (shift start/end times may vary based on caseload), call required. Supports the surgical team by effectively handling the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures. Applies knowledge and training to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure, anticipates the surgical team’s needs, and maintains the sterile field. Types of surgeries performed include orthopedic, podiatry, OB/GYN, general, and cataracts. Requires completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program, current WA Surgical Technologist (ST) registration, BLS. One year of operating room, central processing and endoscopy lab experience preferred. National CST certification preferred.

1.0 (40 hrs/wk), benefit eligible, Day Shift, various days of the week, in the Health Information Management Department. Applicants must have coding credentials such as RHIT, CCS, CPC, or similar credentials.  Must have good terminology skills.  Rural Health Coding experience recommended.    Applicant must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.  Should be self-motivated, dependable, cooperative and organized.
