A PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy is preferred. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, with a minimum of three to five years of hospital experience or residency, will also be considered. Experience with monitoring anticoagulation therapy preferred. Current Washington State pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure, by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy.

Patient Accounts Rep

PRN, not benefit eligible, day shift Mon- Fri. Patient Accounts Representative will manage self-pay balances on patients accounts, set up payment plans, contact patients regarding delinquent accounts. Process collection accounts, mail returns, tax adjustments, Financial Assistance and other adjustments per policy. Answers customer service calls from patients and insurance companies to resolve the questions/concerns. Discuss insurance/payment questions with walk-in customers. Experience: Previous Customer Service experience in the Medical field and must enjoy working with public.

Business Office


Revenue Cycle Coordinator

1.0 (40 hrs/week) benefit eligible, Day Shift, Mon.-Fri. Position develops and implements processes and workflows to improve and enhance revenue cycle management. Supports revenue capture and charge master compliance through analysis of departmental charge capture, coding, and billing processes. Employs advanced knowledge and skill in the areas charge capture, charge master maintenance, coding, and billing processes to develop and improve processes and tools; provides related training. Excellent verbal/written skills required. Must be able to work independently and have excellent attendance. 5 plus years in hospital billing and collections with in depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.

Development


Development Specialist

1.0 (40 hrs/week), benefit eligible, day shift. The Development Specialist provides high-level administrative and event coordination support to Mason General Hospital Foundation and Mason General Hospital & Family of Clinics. Tasks and accountabilities include: planning and coordinating logistics for a variety of meetings and special events, drafting internal and external correspondence, data entry, records management, report generation, gifts and grants processing, and reconciliation of financial records and banking deposits. This is a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding position that requires flexibility and a sense of humor in addition to superior customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail. Candidates must demonstrate advanced-level administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree; prior experience working with non-profit organizations, volunteers and senior level executives; and experience with Raiser's Edge fundraising database are preferred.

Applicants must have coding credentials such as RHIT, CCS, CPC, or similar credentials. Must have good terminology skills. Rural Health Coding experience recommended. Applicant must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Should be self-motivated, dependable, cooperative and organized. This position may work remotely.
